As notified to the market on Friday, 31 July 2009, CPR has become aware of accounting discrepancies that may affect its financial results and is currently investigating these accounting discrepancies.

CPR expects to make a definitive announcement regarding these accounting discrepancies when its investigations into them are finalised. CPR is not aware of any reason why its shares should not be suspended.
