1st July 2009 The Company Announcement office Australia Stock Exchange 20 Bridge Street SYDNEY NSW 2000 Skydome Holdings Ltd – Earnings before Tax and Earnings after Tax The directors of Skydome Holdings Ltd wish to announce that based on internal management accounts and after the company write off of intangible asset of goodwill, as well as its deferred tax asset, the following estimations are likely. Goodwill ($604,996) written off, resulted in estimated loss of $1.475m to $1.5m. Deferred Tax asset ($1,007,006) written off, expanded the estimated loss to $2.49m to $2.5m The earnings before tax and earnings after tax have not been audited.
