Through its associate company, ComfortDelgro Cabcharge Pty Ltd, Cabcharge operates in a different business segment being the provision of bus and coach services to customers predominantly in Australia. On March 1, 2007, the Company acquired the taxi services businesses of Newcastle Taxis Limited & Taxi Services Management Pty Ltd (Newcastle). On June 7, 2007, it acquired the taxi services business of Arrow Taxi Services Limited (Arrow). On June 27, 2007, the Company acquired the net business assets of Europa Communications Pty Ltd (Europa)-a business unit involved in mobile EFTPOS technology. As of July 9, 2007, Cabcharge Australia Limited and its associates had 93.15% interest in Arrow Taxis Services Limited.
