Timbercorp Limited is an agribusiness investment manager. The Company sources, funds and manages agribusiness projects for investors. Its portfolio consists of eucalypt plantations (96,622 hectares), olive groves (5,177 hectares), almond orchards (11,682 hectares), citrus orchards (1,302 hectares), table grape vineyards (412 hectares), mango orchards (854 hectares) and avocado orchards (1,207 hectares). Timbercorp Limited has four segments. Horticulture includes orchard/vineyard establishment, including securing access to land, water rights and other infrastructure. It also includes orchard/vineyard management and collection of license fees and rental income, and industrial operations. Forestry segment includes land acquisition, tree-farm establishment, maintenance and collection of rental income. Finance includes provision of loan finance to project grower investors. Asset development includes the development and management of orchards and vineyards under contract to third parties.
